How do I change my details with Customer Forum?

Once you are a member of Customer Forum, you can login to the website and change your email address, username and password.

Please note that updating your email address here will not update the email address we hold for your Westpac account details.

You can change other details held by Customer Forum such as your postal address by emailing support@westpacforum.co.nz with the details you'd like changed.

Please don't include of any of your specific bank account, card, online banking or phone banking details. This includes things such as account number, customer number, credit card number, debit card number, pin or password.
